88pg Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 88pg ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the 88pg online gaming and sports betting platform, including but not limited to the website accessible at 88pg.im, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any future digital services operated under the 88pg brand.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, participating in a live casino game, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 88pg platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 88pg platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

88pg reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice, including by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are intended to apply to players accessing the 88pg platform from within Bangladesh. The platform is operated as an online entertainment service. Players are responsible for determining whether access to the platform is lawful in their place of residence and agree that 88pg bears no liability for any player who accesses the platform in breach of their local laws.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 88pg, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the 88pg platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 88pg or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 88pg platform or any other gambling platform for problem gambling reasons, unless that self-exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted by the relevant platform.

88pg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill issued in your name. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent closure of the account.

Where 88pg has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage use will be withheld and may be permanently forfeited if the age breach is confirmed. 88pg takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness.

To access the betting and gaming features of the 88pg platform, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 88pg account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. 88pg will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

88pg reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its absolute discretion, including in cases where it has reason to believe that a player has provided false information, violated these Terms, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

88pg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the payment methods listed below. All transactions are subject to the limits and processing times set out in this section and on the Payments page of the platform, which is updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 88pg does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment source not registered in the account holder's name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted on Bangladeshi public holidays (including Eid, Victory Day on 16 December, and Independence Day on 26 March) may experience additional processing delays of up to 24 hours.

88pg does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges. 88pg has no control over and accepts no liability for fees applied by third-party payment providers.

88pg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded on 88pg are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be bet using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time the offer is presented to you.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• 88pg reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, unless doing so would unfairly affect a bonus that a player has already claimed and is actively wagering through.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms will be voided along with any associated winnings.
• Sports betting wagers placed on very short-odds selections (typically below 1.20) or on opposite outcomes of the same event using multiple accounts may not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• 88pg reserves the right to apply maximum bet limits while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount during a bonus wagering period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Players who believe they have not received a bonus they are entitled to should contact the 88pg support team at [email protected] within 72 hours of the expected award date. Claims submitted after this window may not be honoured.

All bets placed on the 88pg sportsbook are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the Rules section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to bet settlement.

A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled once accepted by the system. 88pg is not responsible for bets placed that the player did not intend to make, including those resulting from misclicks, incorrect stake entries, or accidental in-play selections.

• Cricket: All BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers match bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, the rules published in the Cricket section will govern settlement.
• Football: Bets are settled on 90 minutes of play plus referee-added injury time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless the market explicitly states otherwise.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. 88pg reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted before a market is suspended stand; bets placed after suspension will be voided.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 88pg does not control, influence, or have advance knowledge of individual game outcomes. Results are final once displayed on screen.
• Crash Games: Games such as Aviator operated on the 88pg platform are subject to the provably fair rules of the game provider (Spribe). Players acknowledge that all outcomes are randomly generated and independently verifiable.

88pg reserves the right to void any bet where it is established that the market was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a data feed fault), or where there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account within 5 business days.

As a registered player on the 88pg platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your use of the platform, and to conduct yourself in a manner that is honest, fair, and respectful at all times. You specifically agree to the following obligations:

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at any subsequent verification stage requested by 88pg.
• You will keep your account credentials secure and will not share your username or password with any other person.
• You will promptly notify 88pg if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspicious activity, or any security breach affecting the platform.
• You will not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to 88pg, other players, or any third party.
• You will not attempt to access areas of the platform that you are not authorised to access, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the platform.
• You will use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• You will not allow any person under the age of 18 to access the platform using your account or device.

Players who are found to have breached any of the above obligations may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed. 88pg reserves the right to recover from any player any losses, costs, or damages incurred by the Company as a direct result of that player's breach of these obligations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88pg platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals. 88pg also reserves the right to report such activity to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraud, or facilitate any other financial crime. 88pg is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and applies Know Your Customer (KYC) checks accordingly.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, or any other scheme that constitutes abuse of promotional terms.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or betting market.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated program, script, bot, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between 88pg and other platforms in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome and is not consistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to use, access, or control your 88pg account, whether for the purposes of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or any other reason.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to 88pg. Any player found to have initiated a chargeback will have their account permanently closed and the disputed amount pursued through legal channels.

88pg reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, underage gambling, account inactivity, or at the player's own request via the self-exclusion tool.

Where an account is closed at 88pg's discretion due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, subject to the specific nature and severity of the breach. Where 88pg closes an account for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the available balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding balance net of pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned. Players who close their account voluntarily and subsequently wish to reopen it must contact support and may be subject to re-verification.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. 88pg will make reasonable efforts to notify the player via email before applying dormancy fees.

All content on the 88pg platform — including but not limited to the 88pg brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, icons, software, data compilations, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 88pg and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88pg platform for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 88pg.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform or its software.
• Use the 88pg brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 88pg.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website without 88pg's express prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of 88pg's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with full details of your claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88pg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 88pg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88pg makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical fault. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 88pg takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accuracy of odds and game data, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

In the event of a technical malfunction, data feed error, software bug, or any other system fault that results in an incorrect bet being offered, accepted, or settled, 88pg reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the player. In no circumstances will 88pg be liable for any amount beyond the original stake wagered by the player in a single transaction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88pg's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. The limitations and exclusions set out in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

88pg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights, obligations, or the way you can use the platform — 88pg will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the revised Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent effective date of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the 88pg platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding eligible balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4 of these Terms.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or game providers — may be made without specific prior notice. Such minor amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
